Filled with the knowledge of His will

I don’t understand God’s ways.

Too often, I do not even know them.

And that’s how He has arranged my thoughts relative to His.

Despite that, He wants to be known and understood and loved. So He has reached out to us. And continues to reach to us. Amazing!

Yet how easily I forget Him. Oh for the heart of a panting hart!

We who are light are supposed to reprove darkness, not hang out with it.

I read these two verses a couple of nights ago:

“Ye were sometime darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children light” (Ephesians 5:8).

“Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather reprove them” (Ephesians 5:11).

We who are light are supposed to reprove darkness, not hang out with it! What should we avoid in order to not fellowship with darkness?
