Awake to Righteousness

I want to do right.

I am committed to being right and doing right.

But sometimes I doze off and drop out of that conscious pursuit of right living.

God Is Good…and Upright

From my reading this morning in Daily Light on the Daily Path:

“Good and upright is the Lord: therefore will he teach sinners in the way” (Psalm 25:8).

If He weren’t both good and upright, we wouldn’t be given the opportunity to learn His ways.

I am grateful for His teaching me!

I am committed to learning His way and living within its parameters.
