From Psalm 83, my plea…and my commitment?
Keep not thou silence, O God:
hold not thy peace,
and be not still, O God.That men may know that thou,
whose name alone is JEHOVAH,
art the most high over all the earth.
I want God to not be still regarding my needs.
However, faaaaaaaaaaaar to often, I am still about what He wants from me!
How frequent is this…and how long…and how energetic?
I cried unto God with my voice,
even unto God with my voice;
and he gave ear unto me.In the day of my trouble
I sought the Lord….Is his mercy clean gone for ever?
doth his promise fail for evermore?I will remember the works of the Lord:
surely I will remember thy wonders of old.Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary:
who is so great a God as our God?Thou art the God that doest wonders….
Thou leddest thy people like a flock….
