Glad
I was glad
when they said
unto me,
Let us go
into the house
of the Lord.Psalm 122
Why should that make me glad?
- I have the option of going to God’s house.
- I don’t have to go by myself.
- Someone wants me to go with him.
- I matter at least that much to someone.
So…can I convey (“channel,” if you will) that kind of gladness to someone else?
