Am I at peace with the scenario painted in Revelation 20?
Am I at peace with the Judge of Revelation 20?
Have I purposed to be faithful to Jesus and His Word?
Do I count on my works to deliver me on That Day?
Am I now “found written in the book of life”?
And whosoever was
not found written in the book of life
was cast into the lake of fire.Revelation 20:15
I will extol thee, my God, O king;
and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.Psalm 145
Extol? What’s that?
“To praise highly”
Oh. OK.
So for what shall I extol God?
For one, everything still works right this morning, as far as I can tell.
Well, continuing in Psalm 145:
The Lord is gracious,
and full of compassion;
slow to anger,
and of great mercy.The Lord is good to all:
and his tender mercies are over all his works.The Lord upholdeth all that fall,
and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.The eyes of all wait upon thee;
and thou gives them their meat in due season.The Lord is righteous in all his ways….
The Lord is nigh
unto all them that call upon him….He will fulfil the desire of the them that fear him….
