Where We Look in Times of Trouble

Reading:

What’s the condition of my robes?

Or should I be looking at the Lamb instead?

Do I figure on waiting til I get there to worship Him?

Am I looking to future bliss for my comfort and courage?

Or should I be looking to the Lamb?

The Lamb will lead and feed me then…if He leads and feeds me now. Is He?

The Lamb is my Shepherd!

What difference does God’s holiness make to me?

How tightly does pride hang on to my crowns?

Am I committed to giving God a daily, on-going “quota” of “glory and honour and power”?

So…“for thy pleasure they are and were created” includes me — what of it?
