It Is Good for Me

Well, not this first verse, but keep on reading!

But as for me,
my feet were almost gone;
my steps had well nigh slipped.

Nevertheless I am continually with thee:
thou hast holden me by my right hand.

My flesh and my heart faileth:
but God
is the strength of my heart,
and my portion for ever.

But it is good for me
to draw near to God:
I have put my trust in the Lord God,
that I may declare all thy works.

Psalm 73

For Peace

Peace…by righteousness….

In his days shall the righteous flourish….

He shall spare the poor and needy,
and shall save the souls of the needy.

And he shall live….

His name shall endure for ever….

Blessed be the Lord God,
the God of Israel,
who only doeth wondrous things.

And blessed be his glorious name for ever:
and let the whole earth be filled with his glory;
Amen, and Amen.
