This morning so far I’ve consumed two cups of Nescafé Clásico instant coffee, one banana (speckled skinned), one tangerine (wow!), and some craisins.
Pre-consumption remains
I got to wondering what health benefits I will derive from having eaten them.
And what will happen to those health benefits when I swallow two capsules of activated charcoal in another hour or so.
I don’t know the answers. Do you?
PS: Instant coffee granules on “fresh” banana — not bad… 😯
