Ruby (she’s my wife!) wanted to make a gift for the bride-to-be.
Oh, she could have bought something much more easily.
And saved herself many hours of work.
(I hope that doesn’t understate how much time she put into this project.)
Looking at it, you wouldn’t know how much time and effort went into it.
I admire Ruby for doing that.
I wouldn’t have bothered.
But she wanted to do it for her young friend.
So she did.
And made something she’d never made before.
By investing very little money.
And many, many hours of work. Many.

And the (clickable) photo below is poorly illuminated.
In a good sort of way, I’m very proud of her.
And thankful for her, too. 🙂
