Yeah, I know.
That’s Facebook’s line.
But they’ve been having issues over there.
So this is my Pay the Community Back post.
Facebook refugee, itching to tell the world what’s on your mind and unable to do so there, you’ve found a place of refuge.
So tell us in the comments below: What is on your mind?!
Facebook drove me nuts, so I left.
Is this the kind of thing you want? 🙂
What a wonderful comment! Absolutely insightful. And really quite heart-warming. Thank you, Kim!
I haven’t bothered to log on to Facebook recently. (I generally only get around to it when I get a friend request.) Are they having technical problems?
I’m always have things on my mind, but I can’t see why anyone should care about my puzzling over whether to do my grocery shopping during my lunch hour or after work (I’ve decided to do it after work, so I can spend lunch hour doing this) – although I’ve seen things of less consequence posted on facebook.
My friends may care that I’m bored with my job, or about my frustration with trying to make ends meet with far too little money (and my guilty feelings over poor financial decisions in the past), but I’m not about to broadcast them to everyone. (Which I suppose I’m doing here, but I figure most visitors here don’t actually know who I am.)
I’m also trying to figure out what to post about on my own blog today, but there are few things more pointless than writing about trying to think of something to write about – unless you’re giving a course on writing.
I spent several minutes thinking about words to post on the Boggle post from a few days ago, but I left those thoughts over there.
Now I’m thinking about getting something more to eat.
