My Cave

Here I am:

In my cave

The roof was rough against my defoliated top!

Here’s my view:

  1. I can not tell you how beautiful a sight these precious women were to me when I first came upon this photo… How often I have wondered what it would be like to be able to come out of this old evil world and live simply for Him, who created it for me… My heart yearns for the day when I can go back to being a homekeeper, caring for the loved ones that surround me… Being a grandma…. at home baking bread… but for now, I pick up the yoke that weighs heavy on my neck and labor in the fields for my daily bread… my own fault really…. fell into consumerism…. what a trap…. four more years… four more years… till I’m out of the credit card trap I fell into…. My greatest concern is that Hubby will so like the money I’m making that when I have paid off my debt, he will want me to stay on that school bus with those children who I’m not allowed to tell about my blessed Redeemer…. school policy… government regulations… But I can’t help it… He oozes out of my very being… they all know where I stand… Pray for me… discipline is painful at the moment…. but the fruit of righteousness… is worth the painful lessons…. Pray that I remain Hidden in Him… in the cleft of that rock… as I confront evil day to day and try to win the hearts of the little ones in my care… and then One Day, I, too… will be able to walk those peaceful shores…. dressed simply… in robes of righteousness… enjoying the Sonshine… oh how I miss my home…. the gentle quiet place of freedom…. sigh….
